As small-scale blueberry growers, we needed to find an original way to work with maple and blueberries. Well, here is our lamb terrine with blueberries, a hint of maple syrup and a touch of rosemary!

Just like our two other meat terrines (Duck and Wild Boar), we used maple syrup to soften the flavor of the lamb.

Perfect for 5-to-7 get-togethers or apéritifs!
