What is the difference between the different types of maple syrup?
Delicate Golden Flavor
Delicate, refined flavor. Syrup ideal for crepes, fruit, and ice cream.
Rich Amber Flavor
Sweeter profile with a subtle caramel note. Most commonly used in recipes, but also works perfectly for crepes.
Rich Amber Flavor (lighter variant)
This is not a standalone category, but since the Amber category is a broad one ranging from 75% to 50% light transmission, we wanted to distinguish between our syrups that hit 70-75% light transmission and those that are slightly darker.
