For all refunds, you must contact us either by email at orders@sucreriesdl.ca or by phone at 418-998-2304 to obtain a refund approval.
If you have not obtained this authorization, no refund will be permitted.
You have 10 days following your purchase to request an exchange or refund.
Please note that shipping fees will be your responsibility and that the products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by the refund authorization number
