What are the delivery times?

The delivery time may vary depending on the type of product chosen. Usually the turnaround time is 10 to 15 working days. If, however, this deadline could not be met for various reasons, you will be contacted by email.

Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping costs may vary by region. If no charges appear during your order, you will be contacted after placing your order online to inform you of the delivery charges.

I want to deliver the order to another address, is this possible?

Yes! To have your order delivered to an address other than the buyer's address, please enter it under the shipping address section.

Your order can be paid online by Visa, Mastercard, Apple pay, Google pay credit cards.

Please note that prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and that sales taxes and transport costs are extra. If applicable, customs clearance fees may apply. Customs charges will be at the expense of customers and are not included in the purchase amount. We would like to point out that all transport prices are approximate and can be changed without notice. For the moment, the products are delivered to CANADA EXCLUSIVELY!

I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

Can I get a refund?

For refund, you must contact us by email or call 418-998-2304 to obtain a reimbursement approval. If you have not obtained this authorization, no refund will be allowed.

You have 21 days following your purchase to request an exchange or refund.

Note that the delivery costs will be your responsibility and that the products must be in their original packaging, not have been opened and be accompanied by the reimbursement authorization number.

What is the difference between the different types of maple syrups?

Golden with a delicate taste
Delicate and refined taste. Syrup used for pancakes, fruits and ice cream.

Amber with a rich taste
Taste sweeter and with a slight caramel taste. Syrup most often used in recipes, but can also be perfect for pancakes.

Amber with a rich taste (lighter)

This is not a category in itself, on the other hand as the Amber category is a broad category which goes from a light transmission of 75% to 50%, we wanted to make a difference between our syrups of 70-75% of light and a little darker.
