Maple syrup tramp pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups (320 gr) all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp (10 ml) baking powder (dry yeast)
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) maple syrup
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) canola (rapeseed) oil or vegetable oil
- 1 cup (250 ml) maple syrup
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 1 pinch of salt and 1 small knob of butter
