We’re answering the question, but how do you eat terrine?
When you arrive in the shop, you can’t miss them: the terrines are the first thing in front of you. When you pay attention to them, you’ll notice 5 different jar colors: pink, blue, beige, orange, yellow... In fact, these colors represent our 5 different products, each as good as the next.

First, we have our maple duck terrine, our best-seller and our number one choice for people who are unsure about terrines. The maple syrup adds a touch of sweetness to our product, partly taking away the meat’s "wild" flavor while keeping it just as delicious.
This same principle applies to our two other meat terrines. The shredded wild boar, maple syrup, and cranberry terrine is the perfect product for those who want to try something new without straying too far from their comfort zone. In this terrine, it’s the addition of cranberry that ties the product together. With the sweet side from the maple and the savory side from the wild boar, the slight bitterness of the dried cranberry adds a lively touch to the product.
We finally come to our last meat terrine, the family’s new baby, the lamb, maple, blueberry, and rosemary terrine. This terrine combines our maple production with our berries, creating the perfect pairing for any occasion. The addition of rosemary completes our flavor blend. Worth trying, even if you’re not a fan of lamb!
We also offer a maple cheddar, an exquisite mousse for those who love sweet and savory. The last product, but not the least, is the maple jelly with an orange zest. Paired with one of our meat terrines or our cheddar mousse, your taste buds will thank you.
There are countless ways to enjoy terrines.
Here are a few ideas to help you appreciate them even more:
- On toasted bread, with jelly on the side (or not)

You’re home alone one evening and you don’t know what to eat? Look no further! Grab some toasted bread, your favorite terrines, spread, and enjoy! On your meat terrines or your cheddar, you can even add a little maple jelly to spice up your meal!
- With a cheese or charcuterie tasting platter
You’re expecting guests, but you still don’t know what to serve them? Put together a platter with your favorite cheeses and/or cured meats and add your favorite terrines. Serve with toasted bread or crispbread and you’re all set!

- And finally, for your teenagers: in a sandwich! A sandwich that looks luxurious to parents, but oh so delicious. ;)
